My experience at the Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol was mostly positive. The hotel has very clean and well-maintained rooms despite the building's age, and the staff truly stands out for their helpfulness and kindness. I also appreciated the convenient location near several restaurants and the quality breakfast buffet at the Capitol City Grille. However, I felt the rooms could use some additional features for the price, and a little more attention to bathroom maintenance would improve the overall experience.
