Reviews and Ratings
My experience at the Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol was mostly positive. The hotel has very clean and well-maintained rooms despite the building's age, and the staff truly stands out for their helpfulness and kindness. I also appreciated the convenient location near several restaurants and the quality breakfast buffet at the Capitol City Grille. However, I felt the rooms could use some additional features for the price, and a little more attention to bathroom maintenance would improve the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the service had its flaws, especially with housekeeping being inattentive. The location is good for events, but there were some dining issues that made me feel rushed. Overall, it had potential with some improvements needed to make it a great stay.
The Radisson is a solid choice if you're looking to stay in downtown Lansing. It's definitely convenient, especially if you have events at the Lansing Center. The rooms are decent, although mine had some cleanliness issues, and the views weren't great. The staff is professional and accommodating but the breakfast and some facilities could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, my room was very clean and quiet, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. However, the overall experience was marred by a booking issue during a major event that left me frustrated. The location was convenient for my training, which added some value to the trip.
My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. While it boasts a convenient location and clean rooms, I encountered significant issues during my visit, including a bug in my room and an unimpressive breakfast setup. The service experience varied, with attentive staff at times, but overall, I left feeling dissatisfied with the management response to my concerns.
